Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods 60 cases with thyroid nodules in our hospital were selected to study the ultrasonographic features and to observe the distribution and enrichment of blood flow of thyroid nodules in the inner and edge from January 2011 to January 2014.To analyze the situation of blood flow of thyroid nodules with Adler grade evaluation criterion. Results Of the 60 thyroid nodule patients,57 cases were benign nodules and 3 cases were malignant nodules,furthermore there were 30 cases with nodular goiter,24 cases with thyroid adenoma,3 cases with subacute thyroiditis,1 case with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and 2 cases with thyroid carcinoma.The blood distribution was III type,while the blood flow of malignant nodules was richer than benign nodules.The peak systolic velocity (PSV) and the resistance index (RI) of malignant nodules were higher than those of benign ones,there was significant difference between them (P < 0.05),and there was high resistance spectrum. Conclusion Benign and malignant thyroid nodules have its own ultrasonic features.Color Doppler ultrasound has certain clinical value to differentiate benign and malignant thyroid nodules and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
