Abstract
Objective To investigate the use of air enema in children with acute intussusception use the entire complex value.Materials and. Methods Analyzed 181 cases of acute intussusception in children using air enema entire complex clinical data. Of air enema 181 cases,after diagnosis,ileum-junction 146 cases of intussusception,ileum-ileum-28 cases of colon intussusception,colon-colonic intussusception six cases,one case no intussusception,air enema entire complex 180 cases of intussusception,162 cases successfully reset,reset switch failure and 18 cases of surgical treatment,reset success rate of 90%. Results Clinically diagnosed or suspected intussusception in children should try to make an early diagnosis and air enema further pressurize the entire complex reset,lift overlay status,the maximum to avoid serious complications such as intestinal obstruction and bowel necrosis. Conclusion About 90% of children with acute intussusception entire complex can be reset by air enema;air enema entire complex is a safe,simple and effective non-surgical treatment.关键词
