肝动脉化疗栓塞结合射频消融治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效分析
Analysis of clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of advanced liver cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical curative effect analysis of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. Methods From 2013 March to 2014 March,100 cases of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma selected patients treated in our hospital as the research object.With digital method were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The implementation of the control group TACE treatment, the observation group was treated with TACE combined with radiofrequency ablation for the implementation,follow-up of one year,the curative effect of two groups of patients,postoperative complications of two groups and 1 year survival,two groups of different period of alpha fetoprotein AFP level. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 64%(32/50),significantly higher than that in control group 40%(20/50),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Observation of postoperative complications in group compared with the control group,no significant difference(P > 0.05).But the 1 year survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The patients in the two groups were decreased in value level of AFP after surgery,but the observation group after operation in each period of AFP levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with radiofrequency ablation TACE implementation, has better curative effect and prospect,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.关键词
