摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of cefminox combined with fusidinic in the treatment of staphylococcus aureus infection in patients of pediatric surgery. Methods 78 patients of pediatric surgery with staphylococcus aureus infection, who were selected as the research objects, were randomly divided into control group who were treated with cefminox and observation group who were treated with cefminox combined fusidinic. To comparatively analyze the treatment total effective rate and the resistance incidence of patients after two weeks. Results(1)After treatment, the treatment total effective rate in observation group of 94.9%(37/39)was obviously better than which in control group of 76.9%(30/39), the difference was statically significant(P < 0.05).(2)There were 2 cases of resistance occurred in observation group, but 1 case of resistance occurred in control group, the difference was statically significant(P<0.05).(3)The hydrothorax total effective rate in observation group of 81.8%was obviously better than which in control group of 27.2%, the difference was statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Cefminox combined with fusidinic in the treatment of staphylococcus aureus infection in patients of pediatric surgery not only will not improve the resistance incidence, but also could improve the treatment effect, is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
