摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine combined simvastatin pills in the treatment of hypertension combining coronary heart disease. Methods 200 patients with hypertension combining coronary heart disease, who were treated in our hospital from January 2000 to January 2014, were randomly divided into observation group who was treated with amlodipine combined simvastatin pills and control group who was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group (96.0%)was significant higher than in control group(84.0%),the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined simvastatin pills in the treatment of hypertension combining coronary heart disease has remarkable effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
