Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of pregnancy-included hypertension syndrome with scarred uterus on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods Clinical date of 108 cases of parturients with gestational hypertension was retrospectively analyzed.50 cases of them with a history of cesarean section were referred to observed group, and 58 cases without a history of cesarean section were referred to controlled group,to observe the situation of pregnancy complications and the maternal and neonatal outcomes of the two group parturients. Results Incidence rates of pregnancy complications (placental abruption, placenta previa,DIC,pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,HEILP syndrome) of the two group parturients were compared, and there were not statistically difference between the two groups (P > 0.05);the incidence rate of premature birth, postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean delivery, metrorrhexis,hy sterectomy as well as the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia and death of perinatal period in observed group were all obviously higher than those in controlled group (P < 0.01,P < 0.05). Conclusion Parturients of pregnancy-included hypertension syndrome with scarred uterus have more risks in gestation period and maternal and neonatal outcomes,so for this special group of parturients, perinatal monitor should be strengthen, medical interventions should be taken actively,to improve the outcomes as far as possible and ensure the safety of mother and child.关键词
