摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention with the ability and life quality of in elderly patients with dementia. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups,each 30 cases,the observation group were used the nursing intervention in this study,the control group were only implemented routine care,then patients after a comprehensive assessment MMSE score,ADL score and quality of life questionnaire before and after treatment score were compared in the two groups. Results The observation group after treatment with MMSE scores were higher than control group(P < 0.05),ADL score was lower than control group(P < 0.05),comprehensive assessment in the observation group with quality of life questionnaire score was significantly higher than control group and before treatment of observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the capacity and life quality in elderly patients with dementia,it is worthy of promotion.关键词
