Abstract
Objective To study and compare the clinical effect of subtotal gastrectomy and simple closure operation in the treatment of acute gastric perforation. Methods 60 patients with acute gastric perforation who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into resection group treated with subtotal gastrectomy, and neoplasty group treated with simple closure operation, with 30 cases in each group. To compare the intraoperative blood loss, the operation time, the postoperative complication, the hospitalization time and the recurrence rate and so on between the two groups. Results The operation time, the intraoperative blood loss, the hospitalization time and the recurrence rate were (135.3±14.5)min, (139.7±16.4)mL,(16.4±3.3)d and 33.33% in resection group, while which were (47.2±6.6)min, (82.6±12.3)mL,(9.1±2.8)d and 6.67% in neoplasty group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The total recurrent numbers were less in resection group than which in neoplasty group in (1-18)months, the recurrence rate was obviously lower in resection group than which in neoplasty group in (4-6) months and (13-18) months, the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Subtotal gastrectomy which has complete cure and lower recurrence rate and simple closure operation which has high safety, less of intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation time and shorter hospitalization time in the treatment of acute gastric perforation are all effective methods, has its respective advantages and disadvantages, should be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of patients.关键词
