Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of anterior cervical operation in multi-segmental cervical disc herniation. Methods 39 patients with multi-segmental cervical disc herniation were treated with anterior cervical operation, anterior subtotal vertebraectomy, iliac bone graft combined internal fixation of anterior bone plates. To mensurate JOA scores at preoperative and final follow-up postoperative, to mensurate Cobb angle of normal lateral X-ray film, height of anterior border of fused segment(HAB), and height of posterior border of fused segment(HPB) at preoperative, one week postoperative, and final follow-up postoperative. Results JOA scores were(8.09±2.20) and(14.98±2.01)at preoperative and final follow-up postoperative(P<0.05), the excellent and good rate was 84.6%, with excellent in 25 cases, well in 8 cases, medium in 5 cases, and bad in 1 case. The differences of Cobb angle, HAB, and HPB of one week postoperative compared with which of preoperative all had statistical significance(P < 0.01), the differences of Cobb angle, HAB, and HPB of final follow-up postoperative compared with which of preoperative all had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Anterior cervical operation in multi-segmental cervical disc herniation has statistical effect, is the first treatment methods.关键词
