Abstract
Objective To observe all kinds of complications occur in patients with different thyroid diseases when Second Operation, summarize strategies to deal with complications. Methods 80 patients with thyroid gland second operation as objects, were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, complications. Results The incidence of complications in 80 patients was 42.50%(34/80), in which thyroid cancer complication rate 52.94%, higher than the incidence of other types of thyroid disease(P<0.05). Conclusion Thyroid gland second operation prone to bleeding, tetany, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, tracheomalacia, thyroid storm, and complications such as hypothyroidism. The complication rate of thyroid cancer, especially high, should be the focus of treatment.关键词
