摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of urinary calculi ureteroscopy hard lens sequential soft with holmium laser. Methods 100 cases were divided into two groups,each 50 cases,the observation group were used hard lens sequential soft and the control group were used hard lens,then the operative time,postoperative hospital stay and a full lithotripsy rate and two sets of statistical complications occurred in the two groups were compared. Results The observation group with operative time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than control group(P<0.05),a full lithotripsy rate was higher than control group (P<0.05),ureteral injury occurred,postoperative bleeding,postoperative acute postoperative renal failure and the proportion of bacteremia in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Urinary calculi ureteroscopy hard lens sequential soft with holmium laser has shorter operative time and high success rate and fewer postoperative complications.关键词
