Abstract
Objective To investigate and to evaluate the content of Pb, Cd, As, Hg in 5 different planting base soil and Chinese medicinal materials, to study the environmental change of the content level of which. Methods To determine the heavy metal content of soil and Chinese medicinal materials by atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. To evaluate the occurrent level of heavy metal in target soil and Chinese medicinal materials, through average pollution index and comprehensive pollution index combined with Green Food Standard, and Green Trade Standards of Importing&Exporting Medicinal Plants&Preparations. Results The average content of Pb, Cd, As, Hg of different planting base soil and Chinese medicinal materials were all not over standard. The comprehensive pollution index of heavy metal content of sundry planting base soil in 2013, which had been acidulated, had more promoted than which in 2008. The heavy metal content of Chinese medicinal materials were all augmented, especially the content of Pb, Cd, As had significantly augmented. Conclusion The pollution degree of heavy metal has been polluted more seriously, should be paid attention by related department.关键词
