Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in bone forearm fractures of children.Methods 240 cases of children with forearm fractures in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into three groups with 120 cases in each group, and the control group received treatment of traditional bone plate fixation, the study group received TCM treatment of bone, effect of clinical treatment of the two groups were followed up for 6 months and observed. Results 68 cases in the control group were cured, 74 cases for the better, 78 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 64.5%, 125 cases of the study group recovered, 84 cases for the better, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 95.0%; the treatment outcome were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.055).Conclusion TCM bone method in the treatment of pediatric clinical effect of forearm fractures is more ideal, which is compared with Western plate fixation method with obvious advantages, should vigorously promote in clinical practice.关键词
