Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of a Chinese herbal lotion joined with modern medicine on patients with diabetic feet.Methods128 patients with diabetic feet are randomly divided into two groups,both control group and observation group,64 cases in each group.All patients are given to control blood sugar,control blood pressure and lipid,anti-infection commonly.In addition,the control group is treated by Alprostadil Injection,Mecobalamin Injection and Thioctic Acid Injection.Local processing method:Invasion local by gentamicin 80,000 u and insulin 12 u before sterile gauze bandage after local clean disinfection by hydrogen peroxide solution,iodine volts and 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Including all of the above treatments,observation group are treated by soaking their feet into the Chinese herbal lotion for 45 minutes a day.30 days as one therapeutic course.Results30 days after treatment,the control group total effectiveness was 79.69%,total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese herbal lotion joined with modern medicine could improve the clinical curative effect to patients with diabetic feet.关键词
