摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of amlodipine atorvastain calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipemia.Methods 90 patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets, and the patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the observation group is superior to the control group at the indicators of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and so on.Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets has remarkable therapeutic effect in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipemia, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
