Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the influence of clinical nursing intervention on the postoperative complications in patients with total pneumonectomy for lung cancer.Methods 86 patients with lung cancer who were treated with total pneumonectomy in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2014 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, on this basis, patients in observation group were treated with nursing intervention of characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and were strengthened the preventive nursing on complications. To compare the incidence of postoperative complications, the mortality, and the nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications such as arrhythmia, pulmonary infection, respiratory failure, and bronchopleural fistula and so on in observation group of 18.6%(8/43) was obviously lower than which in control group of 39.5%(17/43), the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). The mortality in observation group of 2.3%(1/43) was lower than which in control group of 7.0%(3/43), but the difference was no statistical significance (P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction in observation group of 88.1%(37/42) was significantly higher than which in control group of 62.5%(25/40), the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention of characteristics of TCM based on routine nursing could effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with total pneumonectomy for lung cancer and improve the nursing satisfaction.关键词
