摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between impaired fasting glucose and diabetic microangiopathy. Methods 100 patients with DM2 who were treated in our hospital were divided into A group and B group with the deductive and descriptive statistics by sample mean test, standard error and nonparametric test, and correlation analysis.ResultsImpaired fasting glucose could cause blood glucose fluctuation, promote the development of diabetic microangiopathy, while the clinical data and HbAlC between A and B group hasn't statistical significance (P>0.05). The systolic pressure, the diastolic blood pressure, D-BG and 2hPG in B group were significant higher compared with A group.ConclusionTo control the blood glucose fluctuation which were caused by impaired fasting glucose and promote the development of diabetic microangiopathy, by effective measures, to decrease the patients' risk factors.关键词
