Abstract
Objective To detect the pathological diagnosis value of CK19 and TPO expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The protein expression of CK19、TPO in 54 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 56 cases of thyroid benign lesions with papillary hyperplasia (30 multinodular goiters, 26 follicular adenomas) were detected by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe positive rate of protein expression of CK19 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was 100.00%, while in thyroid benign lesions was 8.93%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); The negative rate of protein expression of TPO in papillary thyroid carcinoma was 90.74%, while in thyroid benign lesions was 12.50%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Combined application of immunohistochemical staining of CK19 and TPO is a potential method to differentiate papillary thyroid carcinoma and benign lesions.关键词
