Abstract
To analyzes the various problems existed in current hospital medical record management,put forward a series of changes of hospital managers management concept and management mode,change the hospital managers management concept and management methods,improve the quality of the hospital medical record management,hospital medical record quality,establish and improve the hospital the medical record management system,implement information-based measures such as the hospital medical record management.Therefore,to increase the medical record management,improve medical record management quality,improve service quality,strengthen medical record quality control and use,protecting the rights of both doctors and so on,and ensure that hospital managers of macroeconomic regulation and control and the implementation of scientific management.关键词
