Abstract
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of interleukin-18(IL-18), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) on endometrium of patients with intrauterine adhesions. Methods80 patients with intrauterine adhesions, who were treated and diagnosed by hysteroscopy in our hospital from January 2010 to 2013, were selected and retrospectively analyzed, with 40 cases severe adhesion and 40 cases moderate adhesion. Another 40 patients without intrauterine adhesions, who were treated with resection of uterine septa under hysteroscope, were selected as the control group. To test the expression of IL-18, TNF-α, and VEGF on endometrium in the three groups by S-P immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of IL-18, TNF-α, and VEGF on endometrium in severe adhesion group were higher than which in moderate adhesion group and control group, while which in moderate adhesion group were higher than which in control group, the differences were statically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIL-18, TNF-α, and VEGF all has partaken in the occurrence and development of intrauterine adhesions.关键词
