Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of racecadotril granules combined with Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 300 children who were treated and diagnosed as infantile diarrhea in the hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were selected through randomly computer retrieval and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment methods, with 150 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with routine treatment such as anti-infection, fluid infusion, intestinal mucosa protection, and microbial ecological agents infusion and so on, based on of which the treatment group was taken orally with racecadotril granules combined Zinc Gluconate. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate, the clinical symptom remission time, and the hospitalization time in treatment group were better than which in control group, the difference was statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Racecadotril granules combined with Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of infantile diarrhea has obviously clinical effect and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
