天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective TO explore the clinical curative effect of gastrodine injection combined with betahistine for the treatment of vertigo. Methods 150 patients of vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group.Treatment group given an intravenous drip with gastrodine injection combined with betahistine per day,and the control group only with betahistine,continuous treatment for 3d.Respectively to observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups in 3h and 3d after treatment,and the improvement of quality of patient's life in 1 week after treatment. Results The total effective rate of 3h and 3d after treatment in treatment group were 86.67%,93.33%,in the control group were 72.00%,82.67%,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);The scores of quality of patient's life in 1 week after treatment between the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of gastrodine injection combined with betahistine for the treatment of vertigo is better than that of betahistine therapy only.关键词
