摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect and the drug sensitivity of nosocomial neonatal septicemia caused by klebsiella pneumonia in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) to provide evidence for early diagnosis and reasonable treatment. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect and the drug sensitivity of 11 cases of nosocomial neonatal septicemia caused by klebsiella pneumonia in NICU of our hospital. Results Septicemia caused by klebsiella pneumonia which was more common in premature infants was easy to cause multiple organ damage, to malnly produce ESBLS, has strong drug resistance and was insensitive to the commonly used antibiotics. Conclusion Nosocomial neonatal specially premature infants should to emphasize the septicemia which caused by klebsiella pneumonia, to treat with carbapenems such as imipenem and meropenem, to control the disease development and to reduce the fatality rate.关键词
