Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of compositive nursing service mode of artificial alrway in RICU patients who were implemented with nursing. Methods 94 RICU patients with artificial alrway, who were treated and selected in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. Patients in control group were implemented with routine RICU nursing service mode, while patients in observation group were implemented with compositive nursing service mode. Results The adverse reaction and the numbers of complication during the establishment of artificial alrway of patients in observation group was obviously less than which in control group. The intubation time of artificial alrway and the total time of clinical treatment in observation group was obviously shorter than which in control group. The satisfaction of clinical nursing service during the establishment of artificial alrway of patients in observation group was obviously higher than which in control group. Conclusion Compositive nursing service mode of artificial alrway in RICU patients who were implemented with nursing has much obviously clinical effect.关键词
