Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of resection and autologous transplantation in severe traumatic rupture of the spleen. Methods 35 hospitalized surgical treatment of patients with traumatic rupture in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the object of study. According to the order of admission they were randomly divided into a treatment group in 17 cases and a control group in 18 cases, patients in the treatment group received spleen resection and spleen transplantation therapy, the control group only received transplant therapy without spleen transplantation. The function of splenic recovery and changes of platelet between the two groups were compared. Results The level of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Platelet growth postoperative of patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with severe traumatic rupture of the implementation of splenectomy and autologous spleen transplantation therapy, spleen function recovered well, small changes in platelet clinical worthy widely used.关键词
