Abstract
Objective To analyze the level of serum systation C, uric acid and plasma lipoprotein(a) in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy patients and explore the the correlation between them and coronary heart disease. Methods 168 patients with coronary heart disease and 90 healthy patients in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were extracted the peripheral venous blood in morning to test the level of serum systation C, uric acid and plasma lipoprotein(a) and the results were recorded and analyzed. Results The serum cystatin C level of single, double and multi vessel disease patients was significantly lower than healthy patients (P<0.05), and the uric acid, plasma lipoprotein (a) level in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy patients (P<0.05);the levels of Serum systation C, uric acid and plasma lipoprotein (a) in patients with stable angina, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction were significantly higher than that in healthy patients (P<0.05); the level of serum uric acid was positively correlated with coronary heart disease (r=0.68, P<0.05);the levels of serum cystatin C, plasma lipoprotein (a) were positive correlated with instable angina pectoris (r=0.45, P<0.05) and unstable angina pectoris (r=0.39, P < 0.05) in coronary heart disease. Conclusion There has a correlation between the severity of coronary lesions and lesion vessels with serum cystatin C level decreased and uric acid, plasmalipoprotein (a) increased in patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
