Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between difference comminution methods and clinical effect of Semen brassicae in Tianjiu powder.Methods Semen brassicae was respectively comminuted with dry smashing and wet smashing, then was made of medicine mud combined with Euphorbia kansui, Asarum sieboldi Mig., Corydalis ambigua Ch., and ginger juice. To observe the contrast test of skin irritation, the effect onset time, and the clinical effect on allergic rhinitis.ResultsThe reactive integrals of contrast test of skin irritation were (2.45±0.04) in 1h, (1.82±0.03) in 24h, (1.34±0.02) in 48h, and (0.78±0.03) in 72h, the average deviation of effect onset time of 20 patients was (10.6±2.90)min, with strong heat sensation and piquancy, and the clinical effective rate was 91.25% in wet smashing group, which were all better than which in dry smashing group, the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Wet smashing of Semen brassicae is a feasible method, is worthy of further study on the preparation of Tianjiu powder.关键词
