Abstract
Objective To improve the quality standard for HuoluoTong oral liquid. Methods The method of TLC was used to qualitatively identify Saussureae Involucratae Herba,Cistanches Herba,Panacis Quinquefolii Radix,Polygoni Multiflori Radix and Alismatis Rhizoma.The content of Rutin in Saussureae Involucratae Herba and Sophorae Flos and the content of Puerarin in Puerariae Lobatae Radix was determined by HPLC.Results All herbal drugs in Huoluotong oral liquid were well identified by TLC and spots were clear and without interference.The average recovery rate of Rutin was 98.2% withRSD 2.0%(n=9).The linear of Rutin was 0.0098-0.4486mg/mL(r=1).The average recovery rate of Puerarin was 96.5% withRSD 0.6%(n=9).The linear of Puerarin was 0.0075-0.4223mg/mL(r=1).Conclusion The method is simple, accurate,good reproducibility and specificity.It could be used in the quality control of HuoluoTong oral liquid.关键词
