处方点评干预前后住院患者抗菌药物不合理使用对照分析
Comparative analysis of irrational use of antibiotics of in-patients before and after prescription comment intervention in a hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of prescription comment intervention on irrational use of antibiotics of in-patients in an effort to promote clinical rational use of drug.Methods 1500 medical records of patients in our hospital from Nov.2013 to Mar.2014 by a retrospective extracting method were assigned to non-intervention group,and another 1500 medical records of patients in the same hospital from Apr.2014 to Dec.2014 after implementation of a series of prescription comment intervention measures were assigned to intervention group.The clinical unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs was compared between the two groups. Results After intervention the rate of the irrational drug use cases decreased from 20.07% to 10.00%.ConclusionPrescription comment can effectively improve the use of antimicrobial drugs to promote the clinical level of drug.关键词
