雌孕激素联合活血汤治疗药物流产组织物残留的效果分析
Effectiveness analysis of estrogen-progestin combined Huoxue Soup in therapy of medical abortion group residue
摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the therapy effect of the estrogen-progestin combined Huoxue Soup in medical abortion group residue. Methods The clinical data of 63 cases of obstetrics patients with medical abortion group residue in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2014, who were allocated into two groups according to the different treatment methods, 30 cases in the control group received the conventional treatment, observation group with 33 cases received the adoption combined treatment. Results The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit observed in patients with residual tissue material abortion group were superior to the control group, the cure rate of patients with clinical observation group abortion residual tissue material was significantly higher(P<0.05), statistical differences were significant.ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of combined estrogen and progestin therapy Huoxue Soup abortion tissue residues is obvious, worthy of clinical application.关键词
