Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of individual nursing in the recovery of older patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after surgery.Methods60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly allocated to two groups.30 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,and another 30 patients in the observation group were given individual nursing.The clinical efficacy and improvement effect between the two groups were compared. ResultsThe first dietary intake time,first getting out of bed time,first aerofluxus time and hospital stays of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fatigue continuing time of two groups 2d,5d,10d and 15d after surgery were compared,which of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionIndividual nursing in the recovery of old patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, promote recovery,reduce surgical complications rate and hospital stays,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
