Abstract
Objective To investigate the relevant relationship of serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D levels with insulin resistance(IR) in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods41 patients with GDM (GDM group) underwent obstetrical examination in our hospital obstetrics from January 2012 to January 2013 and 41 normal pregnant women (control group) were as the research objects, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D levels of the GDM group with those of the control group were compared, the the relevant relationship of the level of serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D with HOMA-IR were analysed.ResultsThere were no significant differences in general information of the pregnant women of two groups(P>0.05), FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR of the patients of the GDM group were higher than those of the control group, serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D levels were lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D levels were negative correlation with HOMA-IR (r=-0.462,P=0.012).ConclusionThe lack of vitamin D in the patients with GDM, and there are different degrees of IR, serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D levels were closely related to IR.关键词
