摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of sevolutionflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric daytime surgery in ophthalmology.Methods 60 patients were selected during the period of March 2013 to December 2013 in the implementation of daytime operation in our hospital,and were randomly and equally divided into the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group(F goup)and ketamie intravenous anesthesia group(K goup)with 32 cases in each.Results Two groups of patients with age,weight,surgery duration had no significant difference (P>0.05);there was no statistical significant difference in SPO2 before and after the surgery between the two groups (P>0.05);Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group (group F)heart rate than ketamine intravenous anesthesia group(group K)stability,compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group(F goup)had a lower respiratory secretions awaked more quickly compared to the ketamie intravenous anesthesia group(group K)during the recovery period. ConclusionSevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric daytime surgery in ophthalmology has a great advantage.关键词
