Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of meglumine diatrizoate in gastrointestinal-contrast for children with intestinal obstruction. Methods32 cases of children patients with intestinal obstruction were selected, who were given meglumine diatrizoate in gastrointestinal-contrast in our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 January.ResultsThe intestinal morphology image contrasts of all patients were clearly displayed, and the contrast agent was fully. 32 patients were treated with meglumine diatrizoate in gastrointestinal-contrast. There were 27 cases of mechanical intestinal obstruction, 4 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction, and 1 case of intestinal dysfunction. 29 patients were successfully treated by conservative treatment, with the operation rate of 9.38%, the relief time of abdominal pain of (7.1±1.4) h, the time of first defecation of (24.4±1.2) h, and length of stay of (5.4 ±1.1) d. 3 cases were treated by operation, with pain relief time of (17.3±2.5) h, the time of first defecation of (38.2±3.1) h, and length of stay(8.4±1.1)d.ConclusionThe meglumine diatrizoate in gastrointestinal-contrast can distinguish the types of intestinal obstruction in children. Meglumine diatrizoate in gastrointestinal-contrast has high value in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, has clinical significance.关键词
