Abstract
Objective To investigate the predictive value of Ultrasonic testing internal-media thickness and patches of carotid artery in cerebral infarction.Methods 45 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January to December 2013 were selected as research objects , and 45 cases of healthy people were selected as control group, all patients were given ultrasound and Doppler detection, internal-media thickness (IMT), carotid artery plaque were observed.Results The patients with IMT thickening of cerebral infarction group were more than control group, and patients with plaque were significantly more than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Carotid artery stenosis rate of cerebral infarction group were obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).Conclusion Compared with health people, cerebral infarction patients have Varying degrees of Vascular stenosis, IMT thickening and plaque, and sensitivity of ultrasound in internal-media thickness, carotid artery plaque and stenosis is high, it can effectively forecast cerebral infarction .关键词
