Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treament of uremic patients.Methods Twenty patients with uremic pruritus and dyssomnia admitted to nephrology department of Yizheng people's hospital were enrolled.Based on the weekly hemodialysis series,the patients were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. Before and after the treatment,improvements were observed in patients with uremic pruritus and dyssomnia.Results After the treatment, uremic pruritus and dyssomnia improved more significantly in the twenty patients.Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is an effective method to cure some complications in uremia patients,and has great value of clinical application.关键词
