小针刀联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的相关作用机制与Meta分析
Meta analysis and mechanism of small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and make Meta analysis of relevant factors of that. Methods80 cases of knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were collected and analyzed, and they were randomly allocated to two groups. 40 patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate, and the another 40 patients in the experimental group ware treated with small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate. Clinical effect and Meta analysis between the two groups were compared.Results Ideal treatment effect rate in the experimental group is 95.0%, significantly higher than that of 85.0% in the control group (P<0.05). 95.0% patients in the experimental group were satisfied with the treatment in our hospital, higher than that of 65.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Joint pain index (8.6±0.5) and swollen joint count index (9.0±0.3) of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Joint activity index (9.4±0.1) of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the mean PI-NRS score (3.48) of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The treatment effect of small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate was better than the established therapy according to the result of Meta analysis. The points in the circle were a funnel-shaped distribution andOR=4.18, which represents even distribution and smaller bias.ConclusionThe morbidity of knee osteoarthritis is high. Small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has an ideal effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
