摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect on the hemorheology of Urinary Kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,and each group contained 30 cases respectively.The control group was treated with glycemic control,anti-platelet aggregation and cranial nerve nutrition.In addition to aforementioned therapeutic methods,the treatment group accepted Urinary Kallidinogenase injection for 14 consecutive days(0.15 PNA,once a day).The blood sugar,CRP and hemorheology were detected before and after the treatment and its efficacy. Results After the treatment,both of the test indexes in the two groups were improved,but the changes in the treatment group were more obviously. Conclusion Urinary Kallidinogenase can improve various blood rheological characteristics of acute cerebral infarction patients with diabetes.关键词
