Abstract
Objective To study and observe the cytokine IL-17 and IL-23 when cause eczema's role, and to investigate the effect of radix paeoniae alba total glycosides in the treatment of eczema. Methods 60 patients with eczema and normal 60 cases, through the test of two groups peripheral blood IL-17 and IL-23 differences in the expression and clinical index of correlation, discussed the role when trigger the onset of eczema.60 patients with eczema were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and antihistamines, observation group based on this and take root of TGP, observe two groups before and after the treatment of IL-17 and differences of the expression of IL-23. Results Of eczema group of patients with peripheral IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly higher than that of normal group, through treatment, observation group of patients with IL-17 and the level of IL-23 and EASI, degree of DLQI decline significantly greater than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion IL-17 and IL-23 may play a role in the process of the pathogenesis of eczema. TGP can both play the role of regulation, can be used in the treatment of eczema.关键词
