Abstract
Objective To investigate the auxiliary effect of abdominal massage combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium on feeding intolerance in preterm infants. Methods 132 cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance in our hospital were selected as the research object and were randomLy divided into two groups. 66 cases of the patients in the control group received the routine therapy and nursing care while 66 cases of the patients in the observation group received the treatment of abdominal massage and were fed with Live Combined Bifidobacterium based on the routine therapy and nursing care. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results After the treatment, the excellent and good rate of feeding tolerance in the observation group was 87.88%, and it was 60.61%in the control group. The differences between groups had statistical significance (x2=12.84, P < 0.05); The stomach residue volume, the time of weight recovery, feeding tolerance and abdominal distention disappearance and hospitalization time were superior to those of the control group after treatment in observation group, The differences between groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of abdominal massage combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium on feeding intolerance in preterm infants is excellent, which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
