支气管扩张合并哮喘95例临床治疗分析

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma combined bronchiectasis. Methods 95 patients with bronchiectasis combined asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group with 48 cases who were treated with routine symptomatic treatment and observation group with 47 cases who were treated with routine treatment combined hormone inhalation. To compare the clinical efficacy and the changes of lung function index pre and post treatment. Results The total effective rates of patients in observation group was obvious higher than which in control group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The changes of lung function index after treatment in observation group was obvious better than which in control group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Routine treatment combined hormone inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis combined asthma has better clinical effect and better recovery of lung function, is safe and effective, is worthy of wide popularization and application.关键词
