Clinical observation of hyperbaric oxygen combined budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation treatment of adult patients with bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation in the treatment of adult patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 60 adult patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014, were analyzed as the clinical data, were randomly divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, with 30 cases in routine treatment group and 30 cases in combined treatment group. Results The analysis results of arterial blood gas and pulmonary function before the treatment of adult patients with bronchial asthma between the two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05), while which after treatment in combined treatment group was better than which in routine treatment group(P < 0.05). The seizure frequency and degree in combined treatment group was better than which in routine treatment group, the difference was statically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation in the treatment of adult patients with bronchial asthma has obviously improved the clinical effect, has favourable prognosis, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
