锁定钢板联合钛缆固定治疗髋关节置换术后假体周围骨折的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of locking plate combined titanium cable fixation treatment of periprosthetic fractures after hip replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of locking plate combined titanium cable fixation in the treatment of periprosthetic fractures after hip replacement. Methods 25 patients with periprosthetic femoral fractures of Vancouver B-type and C-type,who were treated in the hospital from January 2008 to May 2014,were retrospectively analyzed and were classified according to Vancouver classification system with 18 cases in B-type and 7 cases in C-type.Of all the patients,to treat with locking plate combined titanium cable fixation,then to evaluate patients’rehabilitation condition,healing time,and Harris scores when follow-up. Results Of all the patients with mean follow-up period of(1.0±0.3)years,there into,24 cases had been fracture healing between 4 and 8 months when filming,with the average healing time of(6.5±1.2)months. Conclusion Locking plate combined titanium cable fixation in the treatment of periprosthetic femoral fractures of Vancouver B-type and C-type after hip replacement has well curative effect.关键词
