Abstract
Objective To study the metal PFM crown and bridge repair of trigger failure factors and countermeasures. Methods The selected 70 cases of ceramometal crown and bridge repair failure case as the research object, all are our dental between April 2012 and April 2012 were analyzed, the cause of this failure repair, and setting individualized treatment plan, review of clinical data. Results The analysis of this group of selected 70 cases of failure of PFM crown and bridge repair metal, porcelain crack or collapsed 21cases, 14 cases of gum, full crown is loose and fall off in 14 cases, 10 cases of pulpitis, appearance is not satisfied in 4 case, color change in 7cases. A targeted solution treatment, effectively repair, the success rate was 100%. Conclusion Ceramometal crown and bridge repair color fidelity, good strength, comfortable and beautiful, wear resistance, the patient and the doctors have higher recognition, but the doctor operation and industrial production, high demand for enhancing the technical levels of doctors, as far as possible in order to ensure repair efficiency and quality, reduce the incidence of adverse events.关键词
