摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the blood supply of our city, thus to provide the basis for making scientific and reasonable sampling plan. Methods 2011-2014 years the clinical use of blood and blood components to the total blood ratio, statistical analysis was performed using the volume and proportion of the ABO blood group of cryoprecipitate red blood cells, plasma, platelets class. Results Various components of the blood volume of blood for clinical use was on the rise, especially the use amount of apheresis platelets and cryoprecipitate; red blood cell, plasma in each group of blood supply distribution was B>O>A>AB, the distribution of platelet in each group of blood supply by mining machine was B>A>O>AB, cold precipitation in each group blood volume distribution was B > O > A > AB. Conclusion Through the blood of statistical analysis, formulate effective measures, be scientific and reasonable on sampling plan, so that can guarantee the clinical blood demand.关键词
