Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of schisandrin,γ-Schizandrin in Yinao Capsule. Methods The determination was performed by HPLC on Dikma RP-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 250nm. Results The linear range of schisandrin was 0.01577-1.5768μg, r=0.9999.The average recovery was 103.1%,RSD=1.0%.The linear range of γ-Schizandrin was 0.004160-0.2080μg, r=0.9999.The average recovery was 101.7%,RSD=1.2%. Conclusion The method is convenient,sensitive and accurate.It can be a method for quality control in production of Yinao capsule.关键词
