Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm damp type by Wuling powder. Methods 65 cases of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm damp type patients from July 2013 to May 2014 were randomly selected in our hospital, randomly divided into the observation group of 33 cases and control group of 32 cases. The control group used diet exercise prescription, the treatment group was given the decoction of Wuling powder based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, body weight, waist and hip circumference, BMI and blood lipid changes of the two groups were all observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.02 % , significantly higher than 75.00 % of the control group(P < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant in body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI of the treatment group between before and after treatment(P < 0.05); after the treatment, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Comparison of total cholesterol and triglyceride before and after treatment in the patients of two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the triglyceride level of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). And there was no significant difference in the total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol after treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Wuling powder in the treatment of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm damp type has significant clinical curative effect, can significantly reduce the body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI and triglyceride in patients.关键词
