立止血与垂体后叶素联合应用治疗肺结核咳血的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of reptilase combined with pituitrin used in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis. Methods 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients from 2011 March to 2014 September in our hospital of internal department with conservative treatment were selected as the study object.According to the order of admission they were randomly divided into experimental group 25 cases and control group 25 cases,control group patients were given anti tuberculosis therapy and intravenous injection of Pituitrin in the treatment,the experimental group in anti tuberculosis therapy and intravenous micro pump infusion pituitrin basis and reptilase in treatment.Comparison of curative effect of two groups with adverse reactions were made. Results Patients in the experimental group treatment effect was better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Patients in the experimental group average hemostasis time was less than patients in the control group,and the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).N terminal brain natriuretic peptide and CK-MB,differences between the two groups in the CK index had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions of patients in the experimental group than in control group,the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of reptilase and pituitrin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients,the treatment effect is significant,combination of hemostatic faster,reducing the time of bleeding, less side effect,it is worth popularizing widely application.关键词
