Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect between torasemide and furosemide in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly allocated to observation group and control group with 40 patients in each.The observation group was treated with torasemide,and the control group was treated with furosemide.Urine volume and electrolytes and heart function classification in two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results Levels of urine volume,blood sodium and blood potassium in observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and control group(P < 0.05).Heart function was significantly improved. Conclusion Torasemide has a better diuretic effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and it can correct electrolyte disorder effectively and improve patients' heart function,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.关键词
