Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing care of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and the effect of preventing the occurrence of complications. Methods 102 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from 2011 January to 2014 April were analyzed.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group 54 cases and control group 48 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing,the treatment group was given predictive nursing.The clinical complications and satisfaction of patients of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence rates of patients with pulmonary infection,brain,gastrointestinal bleeding,fever,joint ankylosis of two groups were significant statistically significant(P < 0.05);The satisfaction of patients of the control group and the observation group were 83.3% (40/48) and 98.2% (53/54),there was statistical significance(x2=13.31,P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing applies in the acute cerebral hemorrhage patients,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients,improve patient satisfaction with nursing,has clinical application value.关键词
